Operations Lead
Job Summary
To support operational sustainment and service delivery, the remote Operations Lead will manage day-to-day operational execution across infrastructure, cybersecurity, and development support while coordinating with Agile teams and client stakeholders.
Key responsibilities
- Lead daily operational support activities to ensure system stability and continuity of service
- Coordinate incident management and operational issue resolution across cross-functional teams
- Maintain operational reporting and governance, providing transparency to program management and stakeholders
Required qualifications
- Active Secret clearance required
- DoD 8140 intermediate certification or DoD 8570 IAM Level II certification or higher
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline
- 5+ years of experience in enterprise operational environments or IT sustainment activities
- Experience coordinating operational support across multiple technical disciplines
