Job Summary
To support strategic growth initiatives, the full-time Operations Lead will manage cross-functional teams, drive high-priority projects from concept to execution, and utilize AI tools to enhance operational efficiency in a fully remote environment.
Key responsibilities:
- Run executive operating cadences, including leadership meetings and business reviews, to facilitate decision-making
- Develop and implement operating frameworks such as OKRs and KPIs, ensuring alignment with company goals

Required qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in strategy, operations, or business development within a technology-enabled environment
- Experience in SaaS, consumer technology, or related fields, with a focus on growth and partnerships
- Proven ability to manage cross-functional initiatives in fast-paced settings
- High comfort with AI tools and a proactive approach to using technology for operational improvements
- Experience supporting product launches and strategic initiatives is preferred
