Operations Lead

Job Summary

Managing the InCommand Operations team, the full-time Operations Lead will oversee daily operations, implement onboarding projects for new customers and sites, and ensure the team's processes are documented and current, all while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the InCommand Operations team, setting priorities, coaching engineers, and conducting performance reviews
• Lead the onboarding process for new customers and sites, coordinating implementation projects from kickoff to go-live
• Utilize AI tools and automation to enhance data validation workflows and support daily operations for Serverfarm sites and customers

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in data center operations, including 2+ years in a management role overseeing engineers or technicians
• Proven experience leading end-to-end projects, coordinating with internal teams and external customers
• Familiarity with SCADA systems and ability to interpret data center construction documents
• Strong data skills, including advanced Excel, Power Query, SQL, and structured data formats
• Experience using AI tools for data extraction and validation, with the ability to communicate technical findings effectively
