Operations Lead - FCM Licensed

Job Summary

Owning the daily operations of a regulated trading environment, the full-time Operations Lead - FCM Licensed will manage trade lifecycle processes, reconciliations, and customer account operations while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end trade flow, ensuring accurate trade capture, booking, and daily clearing processes
• Conduct daily reconciliations for trades, positions, margins, and cash, resolving any discrepancies
• Manage customer funds operations, including deposit and withdrawal flows, while ensuring compliance with regulatory controls

Required qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in futures and clearing operations
• Hands-on experience with trade execution, clearing, settlement, and reporting
• In-depth knowledge of FCM obligations and customer funds segregation
• Strong process design skills and experience in writing operational procedures
• Data fluency in SQL or advanced Excel for collaboration with engineering teams
