Operations Lead, Neurodiversity Center

Job Summary

To support the Neurodiversity Center of Excellence, the full-time Operations Lead will manage operations, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and drive the execution of strategic initiatives in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities:

• Manage and monitor key program metrics, proactively addressing operational risks and opportunities
• Drive the operational roadmap in collaboration with cross-functional partners to execute broader COE strategies
• Independently oversee day-to-day operations related to clinical support, ensuring effective collaboration across teams

Required qualifications:

• 8+ years of experience in digital health operations, management consulting, or related fields, preferably in high-growth environments
• Proven ability to build trust with senior-level stakeholders and adjust communication styles for diverse audiences
• Experience in developing new programs from inception and managing complex projects across multiple initiatives
• Strong skills in data analysis, particularly in Google Sheets, SQL, and Snowflake
• Passion for enhancing access to quality mental health care
