Operations Manager

Job Summary

To support a rapidly evolving cannabis production facility, the remote Operations Manager will oversee day-to-day and long-term performance, managing processing, packaging, maintenance, quality, and logistics while ensuring safety, compliance, and efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operations of the cannabis production facility, ensuring compliance and efficiency
• Partner with the General Manager on budgeting, analytics, and strategic planning
• Lead and develop a multilevel team, adapting to the dynamic nature of the industry

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of manufacturing management experience
• Direct management experience of 30+ employees
• Experience in consumer packaged goods
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Business preferred
• Proficiency in data reporting and inventory systems; Lean or Six Sigma knowledge is a plus
