Operations Manager
Job Summary
Supporting all operational functions, the full-time remote Operations Manager will oversee order processing, logistics, and people management while ensuring effective communication with teams and maintaining relationships with builders and design companies.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee operations to ensure necessary supplies and materials are ordered for job completion
- Partner with the scheduling team to maintain an up-to-date schedule in line with available install teams
- Review jobs with sales, purchasing, and scheduling teams to verify material and manpower requirements
Required qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 5 years of related experience or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Proven history as a team leader with successful management of branch operations
- Knowledge of the construction industry
- Bilingual experience (English/Spanish) preferred but not required
