Job Summary

Owning the operational performance of an assigned territory, the full-time Operations Manager will ensure exceptional service delivery, build strong relationships with customers and service providers, and drive customer retention while working remotely in Utah.

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• 3-7 years of experience in operations, business operations, account management, or a similar role
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and business systems such as CRM, ERP, or project management software
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
