Job Summary

Overseeing field investigators in a remote capacity, the full-time Operations Manager will ensure efficient investigative work completion, communicate company strategy, and provide feedback to leadership while fostering collaboration and maintaining high-quality service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily activities and performance of field investigators in the assigned region
• Prepare and review case updates for client review, ensuring accuracy, quality, and timeliness
• Assign surveillance cases strategically based on investigator location and workload balance

Required Qualifications

• Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in Criminology or a related field (preferred)
• Prior experience in an operational and managerial role is required
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word
• Strong time-management and leadership abilities
• Ability to multi-task and manage competing priorities
