Operations Manager

Job Summary

To maximize the impact of community grants, the contract Operations Manager will oversee grant evaluations, manage data and metrics for reporting, and coordinate operations for the Global Philanthropy team while working flexibly from North Chicago, IL.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the end-to-end processing of community grants, ensuring compliance and alignment with the Foundation's goals
• Manage the Global Philanthropy budget, including invoice management and reporting on financial tracking
• Build and maintain dashboards and metrics systems to measure the impact of philanthropic programs and support leadership reporting

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred
• 5+ years of operations experience, particularly in grant management and reporting
• Demonstrated ability to build dashboards and manage metrics systems for multiple end-users
• Experience with database creation and financial tracking, including invoice management
• Adept with new technology systems and project management tools
