Operations Manager

Job Summary

To support the Lead Exposure Elimination Project, the full-time Operations Manager will manage HR processes, serve as the primary contact for team member queries, and ensure compliance across multiple countries, all while working remotely from anywhere in the world.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the first point of contact for team member HR queries, triaging and resolving issues while tracking their progress
• Oversee the performance appraisal process, ensuring timely execution and maintaining pay grids
• Manage relationships with employer of record providers, ensuring compliance with local employment regulations and policies

Required qualifications

• At least three years of work experience, preferably in an HR or People role
• Experience with employment regulations across multiple countries or familiarity with employer of record providers is desirable
• Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Ability to navigate complex HR issues and propose effective solutions
• Full professional proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus
