Job Summary
Overseeing all Regional Team Leads, the full-time Remote Operations Manager will coordinate daily operations across the Referral Management Services contract, provide direction and support to leads, and monitor site performance to ensure contract compliance.
Key responsibilities
- Supervise and coach Regional Team Leads, establishing priorities and maintaining reporting channels
- Monitor staffing needs and coordinate coverage plans while addressing operational priorities and conflicts
- Oversee performance reports, guide corrective action plans, and escalate urgent patient-safety concerns as necessary
Required qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalency
- Experience in referral management, healthcare administration, or medical office operations, including team leadership
- Basic knowledge of medical terminology
- U.S. Citizenship
- Ability to meet contract qualifications and training requirements
