Operations Manager, AI Enablement
Job Summary
Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Operations Manager, AI Enablement will support R&D and Engineering teams by improving internal AI tools, managing operational metrics, and identifying practical AI opportunities to enhance workflows and processes.
Key responsibilities
- Support the Director of Operations in tracking operational KPIs, managing budgets, and implementing AI solutions
- Facilitate the rollout and adoption of AI tools across teams, providing necessary training and support
- Map and enhance core operational processes, identifying areas for automation and AI integration
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, Analytics, Information Systems, Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
- 3+ years of experience in business operations, R&D or engineering operations, analytics, or AI enablement
- Hands-on experience using generative AI tools to improve business workflows and reporting
- Experience working cross-functionally with technical teams to translate operational needs into solutions
- Proficiency in using operational data for meaningful reporting and process improvements
