Overseeing Pacaso's Internal Maintenance business unit, the full-time Operations Manager of Maintenance will manage maintenance triage, workforce execution, and financial performance across assigned markets while ensuring homes are safe and guest-ready.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the internal maintenance function as a scalable, revenue-supporting business unit
- Review and triage incoming maintenance work orders, determining priority levels and escalation needs
- Manage Maintenance Managers and Coordinators, establishing KPIs for performance and satisfaction outcomes
Required Qualifications
- 8-12+ years in residential maintenance operations, property services, or facilities leadership
- Experience managing multi-market maintenance teams
- Strong triage judgment and emergency response experience
- Financial acumen related to service billing, labor utilization, and cost control
