Operations Manager, Product Implementation

Job Summary

Seeking a strategic and results-driven Operations Manager, Product Implementation, the full-time remote position will manage the product implementation team, overseeing operational execution, change management, and launch strategies for product features impacting the provider network and client base.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a high-performing team within Provider Core Ops, focusing on team culture and performance development
• Own the operational strategy for product and policy changes, ensuring success for internal and external stakeholders
• Act as the primary liaison to cross-functional teams, identifying risks and aligning stakeholder priorities to facilitate smooth execution

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in Product Operations, Clinical Operations, Program Management, or related fields in a high-growth digital health environment
• Proven people management skills with experience in setting operational roadmaps and mentoring team members
• Deep understanding of the software development lifecycle and experience with relevant tech stacks (Salesforce, EHR, etc.)
• Experience collaborating with clinicians and understanding clinical workflows in a healthcare setting
• Strong analytical skills and fluency in operational metrics to evaluate product launch success and refine processes
