Operations Manager - Remote

Job Summary

Managing operational pipelines for division branches, the full-time Divisional Operations Manager - Remote will oversee loan processing, ensure compliance with quality standards, and collaborate with management to enhance team performance.

Key responsibilities

• Establishes production and quality control standards, holding teams accountable to performance service level agreements
• Monitors processing pipelines and workloads to ensure efficiency and meets production goals
• Coaches and develops Operations staff to improve performance based on quality and efficiency metrics

Required qualifications

• Demonstrated knowledge of federal and state mortgage guidelines, such as RESPA, TILA, and HMDA
• Proficiency in Octane and other third-party settlement service functions
• Strong PC skills, including proficiency in MS Windows, Excel, Google G-Suite, and Outlook
• Experience in the mortgage industry with knowledge of relevant terminology and practices
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment while meeting deadlines
