Job Summary
To support daily and weekly planning efforts, the full-time Operations Planning Analyst will provide data maintenance and planning support for crop, manufacturing, and packaging processes while reporting to the S&OP Data Analytics Manager in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Align with the cultivation team on groupings and develop detailed scheduling for harvests
- Support the monthly S&OP cycle by refreshing inputs and reviewing production plans
- Manage reporting and data governance, including uploading packaging plans into Power BI
Required qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in production planning, supply chain, operations, or demand planning, preferably in cannabis, CPG, or manufacturing
- Proficiency in Excel; experience with Power BI is preferred
- Comfort using AI tools for planning and scheduling workflows
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of work/education experience accepted
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently in a fast-paced environment
