Operations Planning Specialist

Job Summary

Working remotely on a part-time basis, the Operations Planning Specialist will manage service requests and optimize technician schedules while covering the Night and Weekend team with a focus on operational excellence in the food service and hospitality industries.

Key responsibilities

• Process and assign high-volume service requests and corporate account rollouts
• Efficiently dispatch service technicians and prioritize service requests based on customer needs
• Collaborate with the Service Operations Manager to plan schedules for large-scale rollouts and ensure effective field operations

Required qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent
• 3-5 years of experience in sales, customer service, or related fields
• Ability to work a rotating weekend coverage schedule
• Experience using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Microsoft Excel
• Dispatch or route service experience preferred
