Operations Product Manager

Job Summary

Supporting the ongoing execution of the UV product portfolio, the full-time Operations Product Manager will manage SKU and lifecycle processes, administer pricing, and coordinate quality and supply chain support in a hybrid work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain the SKU catalogue and manage product lifecycle decisions including end-of-life execution
• Administer product line pricing, conduct margin analysis, and support periodic price review cycles
• Serve as the first point of triage for quality escalations and supply chain issues, tracking resolutions and providing updates

Required qualifications

• 2-7 years of experience in product management or related roles within scientific instrumentation or laboratory equipment
• Familiarity with product lifecycle management concepts, including SKU management and pricing administration
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple operational workstreams accurately
• Experience working cross-functionally with Operations, Supply Chain, and commercial teams
• Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Engineering, Business, or a related discipline
