Operations Program Manager

Job Summary

To support the scaling of the Client Lighthouse program, the full-time temporary Operations Program Manager will optimize operational processes, manage customer engagements, and enhance executive communications in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Support and execute PMO processes, including tracking, workflows, and status reporting across active workstreams
• Maintain a master calendar for all Lighthouse customer engagements, ensuring effective scheduling and communication
• Draft and prepare executive summaries and stakeholder-facing materials, translating program data into clear narratives

Required qualifications

• 5+ years in program operations, project management, or a similar operational role, preferably in SaaS or technology
• Experience supporting or reporting to senior leaders directly
• Strong ability to manage competing priorities across multiple workstreams
• Familiarity with Slack, Google Workspace, and project management tools
• Comfortable working with data: pulling, cleaning, cross-referencing, and presenting it clearly
