Operations Program Manager

Job Summary

To drive organizational change and improve performance, the full-time remote Operations Program Manager will oversee facility management and engineering projects, identify strategic priorities, and ensure effective stakeholder communication throughout the program lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate various projects related to facility management and engineering
• Identify and prioritize strategic initiatives that align with business goals
• Gather and analyze complex data to inform decision-making and translate organizational objectives into actionable plans

Required qualifications

• Minimum of 5-7 years experience in commercial real estate required
• Experience in Corporate Real Estate, Facility Management, or Engineering preferred
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, including root cause analysis
• Outstanding organizational and time management skills
• Ability to effectively communicate with senior-level stakeholders, including conflict resolution and negotiation
