Job Summary
To support research projects, the fully remote Operations Programmer will manage survey programming, sample processing, and quality control, ensuring accurate data output and adherence to project specifications.
Key responsibilities:
- Provide programming and technical services for online questionnaire development and sample logistics
- Review and debug web-based survey programs, ensuring sound logic and clean data output throughout the project lifecycle
- Collaborate with internal teams to interpret project specifications, develop programming standards, and validate AI-assisted outputs
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, mathematics, economics, or a related discipline preferred
- 2+ years of survey programming experience, ideally in market research, with proficiency in platforms such as Forsta or Qualtrics
- Experience with web programming languages (HTML, JavaScript, CSS) and scripting languages like Python
- Familiarity with AI-assisted coding tools and automation for workflow efficiency
- Strong understanding of data security protocols and confidentiality requirements in survey programming
