Operations Project Analyst

Job Summary

Managing and executing eDiscovery projects from inception to completion, the full-time Operations Project Analyst will coordinate with clients and legal teams, utilize industry-standard eDiscovery tools, and ensure data integrity while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee eDiscovery projects to ensure timely and accurate completion
• Coordinate project requirements and deliverables with clients and internal stakeholders
• Develop and maintain project documentation, including plans and status reports

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience preferred
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in eDiscovery or a related field
• Proficiency with eDiscovery tools such as Relativity and Nuix
• Strong understanding of the Electronic Discovery Reference Model (EDRM)
• Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
