Job Summary
Detail-oriented and motivated, the full-time Operations Project Analyst will manage and execute eDiscovery projects remotely, ensuring data processing, quality control, and adherence to project timelines for Fortune 100 and 500 companies.
Key Responsibilities
- Process and produce data using tools such as Relativity and ReadySuite, ensuring quality control and analysis
- Run data conversions and link modern attachments to their parent emails while maintaining project documentation
- Monitor project timelines and escalate any unattainable deadlines, contributing to process improvements and training newer analysts
Required Qualifications
- Over one year of experience in eDiscovery litigation support or a related field
- Hands-on experience with at least one eDiscovery platform, such as Relativity
- Understanding of the Electronic Discovery Reference Model (EDRM)
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously in a remote setting
- Strong attention to detail with a focus on accuracy
