Operations Project Manager

Job Summary

Leading and supporting medium to high complexity projects, the full-time Operations Project Manager will manage the project lifecycle from concept to launch, ensuring successful collaboration among multi-functional teams in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Define project goals, objectives, and Key Performance Indicators while managing scope, quality, time, and cost constraints
• Facilitate communication among stakeholders and provide regular project updates to relevant departments and senior leadership
• Accountable for overall project success, including customer satisfaction and effective team management

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required
• Minimum of 5+ years of experience, with at least 1 year in project management
• Desired experience in a management or supervisory role
• PMP Certification or equivalent preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with integrated systems such as SAP
