Operations Project Manager

Job Summary

Supporting the planning and delivery of healthcare operations initiatives, the contract Operations Project Manager will manage multiple projects remotely, ensuring alignment across clinical, operations, and IT teams while maintaining project documentation and facilitating communication among stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee project planning and implementation, coordinating with internal teams and vendors to meet milestones
• Maintain project documentation, schedules, and trackers, while organizing meetings and follow-ups to ensure progress
• Support the development of a Project Management Office by establishing standards, templates, and reporting tools

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Project Management, or a related field, or equivalent experience
• 5+ years of experience in project coordination, management, or operations support, preferably in healthcare
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects with competing deadlines
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with project management tools
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
