Operations Recruiter

Job Summary

To support high-volume operational hiring needs, the experienced Operations Recruiter will manage the full recruitment lifecycle for entry-level positions in a fully remote contractor role, partnering with hiring managers to attract and engage top talent while ensuring a positive candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from requisition intake through offer acceptance and onboarding support
• Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop effective recruitment strategies
• Source qualified candidates through various channels, including LinkedIn Recruiter and job boards

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant recruiting experience
• Minimum 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience supporting professional-level positions
• Minimum 3+ years of experience recruiting for Operations positions
• Proficiency using Workday or comparable applicant tracking systems
• Experience utilizing LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools
