Job Summary
Supporting the Defense Health Agency's Disability Evaluation System, the full-time Operations Research Analyst will conduct quantitative analyses to enhance process improvement, costing, quality assurance, and compensation strategies in a fully remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth studies on business process improvement, costing, quality assurance, and compensation strategy
- Design sampling plans and statistical tests for the Quality Assurance Program
- Review reports from external bodies and support their studies with data and analysis
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in operations research, mathematics, statistics, industrial engineering, economics, or a related field
- 3 or more years of operations research or quantitative analysis experience
- Proficiency in R, Python, or similar tools
- Ability to pass a Tier 1 background investigation and qualify for a Common Access Card (CAC)
- Completion of DHA contractor annual training and privacy training within 30 days of start
