Operations Safety Analyst
Job Summary
Working remotely on a full-time basis, the Operations Safety Analyst will review and analyze online activity of K-12 students to identify safety intervention needs, communicate with emergency contacts, and maintain accurate records in Salesforce CRM.
Key responsibilities
- Review and analyze student activity to determine the need for intervention related to safety and well-being
- Communicate with school district emergency contacts regarding important student incidents
- Record and maintain concise notes about incidents while identifying trends and collaborating with other analysts
Required qualifications
- Experience in crisis management, child advocacy, content moderation, or a related field or degree
- Strong comfort level in communicating sensitive information through various channels
- Ability to process large amounts of content quickly and accurately
- Confidence to operate independently within a virtual team environment
- Fluency in Spanish is a plus
