Operations Specialist

Job Summary

To support systemwide initiatives, the full-time Operations Specialist will provide operational leadership and oversight within the assigned department, ensuring the successful delivery of projects while adhering to budget and quality standards in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the development and implementation of initiatives that align with the company's strategic vision and culture
• Utilize standardized project management methodologies, processes, and tools to ensure project success
• Collaborate with executive-level sponsors and stakeholders to manage complex operational initiatives

Required qualifications

• Associate degree required; Bachelor's degree preferred
• Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification preferred, or ability to obtain within one year of hire
• Minimum two years of experience, preferably in a healthcare setting
• Experience in quality improvement and cost reduction projects preferred
