Job Summary
Supporting the end-to-end commercial and operational lifecycle for mobile security products, the full-time MSPS Operations Specialist will manage pricing, pre-sales validation, order processing, customer billing validation, and vendor fulfillment while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare pricing and rate letters to support customer opportunities and operational requests
- Validate account information and pre-sales requirements before advancing deals to order processing
- Coordinate vendor order fulfillment and track requests through completion
Required qualifications
- Experience in order management, billing operations, procurement, or related business functions
- Ability to review financial and operational data for completeness and accuracy
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple requests effectively
- Proficiency with Microsoft 365 applications and willingness to learn enterprise systems
- A high school diploma or equivalent; a college degree is a plus
