Job Summary
To support a mission-driven organization, the contract Operations Specialist will work remotely to ensure 100% classroom coverage by placing teachers in the right classrooms, managing daily assignments, and building strong relationships with school leaders and guest teachers from 11:30 AM to 7:30 PM EST.
Key responsibilities
- Fill 100% of classrooms by utilizing an absence management system to monitor and fulfill teacher assignments
- Organize and prioritize daily tasks and projects while adapting to changing school needs and maintaining attention to detail
- Build and maintain strong relationships with schools and guest teachers, ensuring satisfaction and retention through effective communication
Required qualifications
- 1-2 years of experience teaching or working closely with students is strongly preferred
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
- Strong time-management and prioritization skills
- Self-motivated with a demonstrated ability to independently accomplish goals
- Proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets for data analysis and process improvement
