Operations Supervisor

Job Summary

Providing direct supervision to entry and processing staff, the full-time Operations Supervisor will manage hiring, training, and performance evaluations, while ensuring timely and accurate workflow in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities:

• Monitor production effectiveness by analyzing reports, assigning resources, and recommending process improvements
• Ensure quality by making necessary adjustments to processes and procedures based on performance data
• Respond to customer inquiries and track issues to identify opportunities for process enhancement

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in a related field or equivalent work experience
• 2+ years of direct supervisory experience, including hiring and firing authority for a minimum of ten associates
• 2+ years of experience in healthcare (government healthcare delivery preferred) or a production environment
• Experience supporting production teams in print, fulfillment, manufacturing, or related industries is required within ICS/Mail Distribution Centers
• May require US citizenship and current security clearance
