Operations Support Associate

Job Summary

Providing essential operational support, the full-time Operations Support Associate will manage customer interactions through phone, email, and chat while assisting radiologists with workflow needs and troubleshooting imaging exceptions in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for customers and radiologists, triaging and resolving support cases while maintaining accurate documentation
• Independently prioritize and manage active issues, ensuring clear communication during shift handoffs and contributing to process improvements
• Develop expertise in radiology workflows and clinical applications through ongoing training and team collaboration

Required qualifications

• Associate's degree plus 1 year of relevant radiology or healthcare support experience, or high school diploma/GED plus 3 years of relevant experience
• Hands-on experience with radiology workflows and familiarity with imaging modalities such as X-ray, CT, MRI, and ultrasound
• Experience with PACS/RIS systems and knowledge of radiology workflow concepts
• Strong knowledge of medical terminology and effective communication skills with clinical personnel
• CRM/ticketing experience required; Salesforce experience preferred
