Operations Systems Analyst
Job Summary
To support a growing operations team, the full-time Operations Systems Analyst will manage the administration of operational systems, build reporting and dashboards, and design workflow automations while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Own administration of core operational systems, including configuration, permissions, and data integrity
- Build and maintain reporting and dashboards for accurate operational performance insights
- Design and implement workflow automations to reduce manual work across teams
Required qualifications
- Experience partnering with Product teams to translate operational needs into system requirements
- Hands-on experience with AI tools for analysis and automation
- Proven experience administering CRM or workflow systems in an operations context
- Track record of designing workflow automations that reduce manual tasks
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn operational data into actionable insights
