Job Summary
Leading and enabling the execution of department-level and cross-functional initiatives, the full-time Operations Systems Analyst will manage systems and technical projects remotely, focusing on documenting requirements, conducting various testing processes, and collaborating with stakeholders to resolve issues.
Key responsibilities
- Contributes to and leads department and cross-functional projects, establishing performance measures and implementing improvements
- Develops and executes test plans, documents testing processes, and assists in troubleshooting production issues
- Reviews technical specifications and analyzes systems relationships to recommend process improvements and enhancements
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- 3 or more years of experience in software systems testing and implementation in banking or related fields
- Lean and/or Six Sigma certification (preferred)
- Certified Test Manager (CTM) (preferred)
