Job Summary
Supporting the day-to-day health and operational performance of Azure Landing Zone and Azure Virtual Desktop environments, the full-time remote Operations and Maintenance Technician - Azure MD will manage administration, monitoring, troubleshooting, and maintenance across core Azure services.
Key Responsibilities
- Support ongoing operations and maintenance of Azure Landing Zone components and Azure Virtual Desktop environments
- Monitor platform health, configuration compliance, and resource performance while assisting with incident response and problem resolution
- Maintain operational documentation and participate in change management procedures to enhance service delivery
Required Qualifications
- 3-6 years of IT infrastructure, cloud operations, or end-user computing support experience
- Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate and Microsoft Certified: Azure Virtual Desktop Specialty
- Hands-on experience supporting Microsoft Azure infrastructure and Azure Virtual Desktop in an operational environment
- Familiarity with Azure core services, governance concepts, and monitoring tools
- Understanding of incident, problem, and change management practices in an enterprise IT environment
