Operations Vice President

Job Summary

Reporting to the Chief Operations and Servicing Officer, the full-time hybrid Vice President of Operations and Execution will manage operational performance, lead process improvements, and enhance customer outcomes across various functions supporting community development and credit union services.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead daily performance of operations and service delivery, establishing clear expectations and quality standards
• Examine and redesign workflows to improve efficiency and customer experience while implementing operational changes
• Manage and develop a team of operational leaders, fostering accountability and performance improvement

Required Qualifications

• Ten or more years of experience in operations, servicing, or business-process management with leadership responsibilities
• Proven track record of improving operating performance and leading complex implementations
• Experience managing high-volume workflows and customer escalations in a regulated environment
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable improvements
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience
