Leading operational solutions for digital platforms, the full-time remote VP - Operations - Digital Solutions will develop and manage delivery of operational services, data analytics support, and implementation processes while ensuring high-quality results for clients.
Key responsibilities:
- Provide strategic direction and management for a team delivering operational processing services across all platforms
- Define requirements and processes for new products and solutions, ensuring alignment with company strategies
- Oversee onboarding, project management, and change management initiatives to enhance client satisfaction and operational efficiency
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in systems, Business Management, or related field, or equivalent experience
- At least 12 years of experience leading complex implementation projects in the payments industry
- Minimum of 10 years managing card processing technology and operations
- Seven years of direct leadership experience
- Seven years of client project consultation and management experience
