Job Summary
Driving product strategy and commercial alignment, the full-time Optical Product Manager will oversee the roadmap and performance of optical solutions within the Global Semiconductors business while collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure customer needs and market trends are effectively addressed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own the product strategy, roadmap inputs, and lifecycle priorities for assigned optical products and applications
- Support Sales and Key Account teams with product positioning, application fit, and opportunity strategy
- Monitor market trends and track product adoption, customer satisfaction, and portfolio health indicators
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, science, business, or related field; advanced degree preferred
- 8+ years of experience in product management, applications engineering, or technical sales for complex technical products
- Strong understanding of optical products and semiconductor applications
- Proven ability to translate customer needs into product priorities and commercial actions
- Excellent analytical and cross-functional leadership skills
