Oracle AP/FA Specialist
Job Summary
To support a growing IT services practice, the full-time Oracle AP/FA Specialist will gather business requirements, guide offshore resources, and manage integration design for Accounts Payable and Fixed Assets in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Gather and document business requirements for AP and Fixed Assets, conducting fit-gap analysis and contributing to solution design
- Guide offshore resources in RICE object development and draft Functional Design Documents for review and sign-off
- Support month-end and year-end close activities for AP/FA, including reconciliation and 1099/1096 processing
Required qualifications
- Three to six years of experience with Oracle ERP Cloud Financials, specifically in Accounts Payable and Fixed Assets
- Direct experience with 1099/1096 processing and period-close activities for AP/FA
- Ability to guide offshore resources on RICE development and draft design documentation independently
- Understanding of AP/FA integration with Procurement, banking, and GL in a single-ERP environment
