Oracle Cloud Compensation Consultant
Job Summary
As an Oracle Cloud Compensation Lead Consultant, the full-time remote position will design, configure, and implement Oracle HCM Cloud Compensation solutions while collaborating with HR, IT, and business stakeholders to manage end-to-end compensation processes, including salary and bonus cycles.
Key responsibilities
- Lead the design and delivery of Oracle Cloud Compensation modules, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives
- Facilitate requirement-gathering workshops and translate business needs into efficient Oracle Cloud configurations
- Manage project timelines and deliverables, including testing activities and integration support with other systems
Required qualifications
- Current Oracle Compensation certification
- Experience leading 3+ end-to-end Oracle Cloud Compensation implementations
- Hands-on experience with Workforce Compensation and Total Compensation Statements, including Redwood Compensation implementation
- US Compensation experience, particularly with unions and bargaining units
- Strong understanding of HR and compensation processes, including merit, bonus, and budgeting
