Oracle Cloud ERP Lead
Job Summary
Overseeing end-to-end application management and support, the full-time remote Oracle Cloud ERP Lead will manage the AMS team, ensure system stability, and drive continuous improvement initiatives while collaborating with business stakeholders and technical support teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the AMS team in providing Level 2 and Level 3 support across Oracle Cloud ERP modules
- Provide functional and technical oversight for enhancements, patches, and new module rollouts
- Act as the primary escalation point for critical issues and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders
Required Qualifications
- 8-12 years of Oracle ERP experience, with 3-5 years in an AMS or post-production support lead role
- Deep expertise in two or more Oracle Cloud ERP pillars, such as Financials, SCM, or HCM
- Oracle Cloud certifications in relevant modules preferred
- ITIL Foundation certification or demonstrated experience with ITIL service management frameworks
- Familiarity with OTBI/BI Publisher reporting and Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC)
