Job Summary
To support a growing client base, the remote contract Oracle Cloud HCM Consultant will implement, configure, and support Oracle Cloud HCM solutions, focusing on Core HR, Recruiting, Onboarding, and HCM Security while leading requirements gathering and functional design throughout the project lifecycle.
Key responsibilities
- Implement and configure Oracle Cloud HCM solutions based on business requirements
- Lead requirements gathering, process design, and functional design activities
- Provide ongoing support and testing during the project lifecycle
Required qualifications
- Experience with Oracle Cloud HCM and related modules (Core HR, Recruiting, Onboarding, HCM Security)
- Proven skills in configuration, process design, and functional design
- Strong background in testing and production support
- Client-facing functional consulting experience
- Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience
