Oracle Cloud HCM Lead

Job Summary

Leading the HCM workstream for a large Oracle Cloud implementation, the full-time Oracle Cloud HCM Functional Lead will manage design, configuration, and delivery of the employee lifecycle from hire to retire, with the option to work remotely or from Maryland.

Key responsibilities

• Own the design and configuration of Core HR, Talent Management, and Oracle Recruiting Cloud, facilitating requirements workshops and ensuring documentation is signed off
• Collaborate with Finance and Projects workstreams on payroll costing and data conversion, while driving HCM security and workflow design
• Produce high-quality functional documentation and lead testing cycles, ensuring rigorous defect management

Required qualifications

• 6+ years of Oracle HCM functional experience, including at least 2 full-lifecycle Oracle Cloud (Fusion) HCM implementations
• Hands-on configuration expertise in Core HR, Talent Management, and Oracle Recruiting Cloud
• Working knowledge of at least one additional module: Payroll, Time & Labor, Benefits, Absence Management, or Compensation
• Strong understanding of HCM foundational design and its downstream impacts
• Experience producing functional documentation and leading structured testing cycles
