Job Summary

A company is looking for an Oracle Cloud Learn Managed Support Consultant with 2-3 years of experience in implementing and supporting the Cloud Human Learn module.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Own and resolve incidents for Oracle Cloud Learn customers who are already live
  • Provide work effort estimates for resolving break fix issues
  • Train customers and counterparts in administrative operations and advise on best practices
Required Qualifications:
  • In-depth knowledge of Oracle Cloud Learn and 2-3 years of experience in implementing and supporting it
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple customer support issues simultaneously
  • Must be personable, articulate, and have excellent interpersonal communication skills
  • Self-motivated and able to prioritize activities effectively
  • Nice to have: Implementation experience or knowledge of other Cloud HCM modules
