Job Summary
As an Oracle Cloud Learn Lead Consultant, the full-time hybrid role will design, configure, and implement Oracle HCM Cloud Learning solutions while collaborating with HR and business stakeholders to enhance learning processes and compliance training.
Key responsibilities
- Lead the design and delivery of Oracle Cloud Learning solutions, including catalog management and learner self-service
- Facilitate requirement-gathering workshops and translate business needs into efficient Oracle Cloud configurations
- Support integrations with Core HR and external systems, and manage testing cycles and deployment activities
Required qualifications
- Experience leading 3+ end-to-end Oracle Cloud Learning implementations
- Hands-on experience configuring learning catalogs and security roles
- Experience with learning content integration and standards such as SCORM
- Strong understanding of compliance training processes and learner tracking
- Current Oracle Cloud HCM certification in Learning is a plus
