Oracle Cloud SCM & PPM Lead

Job Summary

To support project-driven procurement and accounting, the full-time Oracle Cloud SCM & PPM Lead will manage the functional flow from requisitions to general ledger, facilitate workshops for SCM and PPM modules, and perform hands-on configuration in a remote or Maryland-based role.

Key responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end functional flow connecting project-driven procurement with project accounting, ensuring smooth transitions across various accounting functions
• Lead requirements and design workshops for SCM and Oracle Cloud PPM, making fit/gap decisions to align with the client's operational model
• Perform hands-on configuration for Oracle Cloud SCM and PPM, guiding integration points and validating through system integration testing (SIT) and user acceptance testing (UAT)

Required qualifications

• 6+ years of supply chain functional experience and 5+ years of Oracle Projects functional experience, including at least 2 full-lifecycle Oracle Cloud SCM and PPM implementations
• Hands-on SCM configuration expertise in at least two areas such as Inventory Management, Procurement, or Manufacturing
• Experience with PPM configuration across Project Costing and at least one of Project Billing, Budgets, or Capital Projects
• Strong knowledge of procure-to-pay, order-to-cash, and project accounting concepts
• Experience producing functional documentation and facilitating workshops, including leading SIT/UAT test cycles
