Job Summary
To drive the migration of service operations from Oracle EBS CRM to Oracle Cloud CX, the 100% remote Oracle CX Cloud Functional Consultant will lead discovery workshops, manage functional solution delivery, and conduct fit-gap analysis, focusing on Field Service and Depot Repair processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead discovery workshops and requirements gathering for Field Service and Depot Repair operations
- Own functional solution delivery for the migration from Oracle EBS CRM to Oracle Cloud CX
- Conduct fit-gap analysis and design end-to-end Field Service and Depot Repair processes
Required Qualifications
- Proven hands-on implementation experience with Oracle Cloud CX and Oracle Field Service
- Demonstrated experience delivering depot repair requirements within an Oracle Cloud solution
- Experience leading full implementation lifecycles, including design and go-live
- Strong experience preparing functional documentation and conducting fit-gap analysis
- Ability to translate complex business requirements into practical cloud solutions
