Job Summary
Seeking an experienced Oracle CX Cloud Functional Consultant to work remotely with occasional travel, who will lead the migration of service operations from Oracle EBS CRM to Oracle Cloud CX, focusing on Field Service and Depot Repair processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead discovery workshops and requirements gathering for Field Service and Depot Repair operations
- Own functional solution delivery for the migration from Oracle EBS CRM to Oracle Cloud CX
- Conduct fit-gap analysis and design end-to-end Field Service and Depot Repair processes
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- Minimum 12 years of hands-on implementation experience with Oracle Cloud CX and Oracle Field Service
- Proven experience delivering depot repair requirements within an Oracle Cloud solution
- Experience leading full implementation lifecycles, including design and go-live
- Strong ability to prepare functional documentation and conduct fit-gap analysis
